The person's fabric was a batik so I used 3 of the batik blocks I got from the Layer Cake swap and her batik and made a 4 patch. Then as I was getting ready to to the cuts, it dawned on me that adding the extra cuts and stitches will make it smaller so I should have made the 4 patch bigger than 12 1/2"...ugh!! So....what now?? What if you made it like a D9P block? You could add a sashing on the inside of each of the squares, and a corner stone between the sashing. Do you know what I mean?
