Not sure if that pattern has a name, particularly. It may just be something they made up to fit their needs. Get some graph paper and you can draft your own fairly easily.

For example: if the center square of the block would finish at 5", you would cut a square 5.5". The side rectangles would probably be something like 2.5" wide finished. For each finished block you would need 2 rectangles that were 3" by 5.5", and two that were 3" by 10.5" ( I think; mental math is not my strong point) ending up with a 10" finished block.

Then you would sash them with cornerstones.
