Yes I quilted it and did the binding. There are sellers on ebay who sell just toppers. Just put "Quilt Top" in the search terms and you will see hundreds of toppers, some new, some old and some imported. I browse there sometimes, do not but many, but do buy one every once in a while. I have purchased some smaller ones from there and added to them too.
I still like to create my own, but sometimes I see them on there and I get idea's.
