First Class Int'l is $2.59
When it shows the prices, that first section is for Express Mail.
You'll see 2 blue lines at the bottom - one for Priority, and one for First Class (if it's available). You need to click on the one you want, and a new "table" will appear with the applicable prices.
It's a really stupid setup as the first option shown (with the others hidden) - regardless if it's to a domestic or international location - is always Express Mail, which is not the first option of 99.999999999999% of the people mailing. :wink:
eta: This happens only with the Large Envelope or bigger package options. If you had selected a regular letter, the 1st Class "table" would be visible.
I still think it's a stupid display choice - it should always be low to high.
