the top butterfly is a tiger swallowtail. the lighter one beneath is also a swallowtail, but it's hard to see the right color. even the dark ones are swallowtails. you can tell by the little teardrop-shaped bits at the end tips of their wings.

the plant is definitely a variety of honeysuckle. the leaf is unmistakable. there are dozens of variants. in our yard we have two unusual honysuckles and right down the street there are two totally others. not all honeysuckles are vines, either.
