I've had one of these machines for about 5 years & have and nothing but trouble from it. The main thing is that is keeps coming unthreaded in the middle of a quilting run. The dealer looked at it & pronounced it fine, yet this problem remains. The few times it has worked, it was wonderful, but its sit unused for well over a year now. If you can afford a true long arm machine, get one. This particular one didn't work out for me, its become a white elephant. Bernina is coming out with a Grace quilting frame which one of their machines (I have 2 & love them both) will fit on, you might check into that.
