Little did we know we were living 'green' back then. There wasn't a need to be green since we didn't have all of the gas & electric guzzlers, plastic everything, we were already green & didn't know it. Those were the simpler days & hold a lot of wonderful memories for me. We lived out of town which was a fairly small town at that & didn't even lock our doors. Had a party line phone when we got one. Sorry, I won't bore you with any more of my reminiscing.
