I would say beginner+. It is a matter of sewing the squares together, taking the template and cutting around the template accurately, taking the squares and keeping in order for accurate placement, sewing the cut squares together, sewing the rows together, then adding the borders.
If you get into larger pieces, i.e., 10 blocks or more in length, Dritz has these great row markers using the alphabet. You can easily mark each row, use safety pins to keep your blocks in the correct order for sewing.
I used cotton remnants or scraps for all of the pictured wreaths. I love scrappy. Who doesn't have 5" blocks in their scrap bag?
