But, WW is the best eating plan.

Remember, you never graduate from WW, it is a lifetime commitment!

Some of my classmates and I go out to eat every week after our meeting!
I joined WW in June of 2009 and reached my goal weight in March of 2010. I have now lost a total of 96 lbs and have plenty of freedom with what I eat. Counting is a bit of a pain, but go by a meeting and get a calculator. I take it to the grocery store with me.

When you get home, put the points plus values on the boxes, containers, etc and you'll never have to figure it out again.

It's OK to 'cheat' on occasion just not every day!

I don't think I could have done this on-line. I get so much support from my group meeting not to mention some fantastic recipies, new brands or snacks that others have discovered, etc.

Hang in there and keep tracking, it will get easier!
