Boy, thanks for this! I have a friend who just had open heart surgery and wanted to make something for her. This should do it! Also, I checked out this woman's other patterns and have printed off the redwork birds that she has posted so far. I think that these placed next to pieced blocks would make a great quilt. I have just started doing redwork and it is easy to carry to meetings and such.
