I just had to share with you:
DH decides we needed to get into town REALLY early to beat the crowds today. yeah, right....we HAD to stop at the donut shop..... :mrgreen:
We're sitting there enjoying our donuts (best donuts in the state, I swear) and a man dressed in levis, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat comes in on a mission. You knew he KNEW what he wanted and he wanted it in a hurry. The clerk/owner greeted him by name. Almost within seconds another couple come in and walk up to him. They informed him that he'd left his car door wide open!!!! Not just a little, but WIDE open. He took off to go shut the car door and the clerk/owner told them that what made it funnier was they he teaches driver's ed and used to do the DMV testing!! We all chuckled. But he made it even funnier.......he came back and in said in a loud voice "Well, at least I LOCKED it!"....Everyone cracked up laughing! :mrgreen:
