For the last two days I have been after my son to go to Home Depot and get some materials to build me a flat bed table. He is great at building things.
I have the same problem as you with the plexiglass sliding around. Very irritating.
I have four quilts tops to sandwich and quilt.
Talking to myself and calling myself a dumba** for not having a flat surface to sew on. I was telling myself " I have been sewing all these years and fighting with the quilts and there was no need when I could get off my butt and get what I want ! I told my son this morning what I wanted and he said, "let me think about how to make it"
I told him to think hard because my mind is finally made up, and I will have my table. He went on youtube to see what they had, but I want it done right. I have a nice table to work with, it'll take a little planning since I want a lever on it so I can raise it if I need the arm.
