Ditter, I just about hit the ceiling! We are in SE FL and I know what you are saying about the people letting their pet snakes go. Our dog (dobie in my avatar) got into a bofu toad last summer and fortunately all turned out well for her. Now as the weather warms we have to be in the yard with both dogs for their safety.

Edit: For anyone reading this a bofu toad is a big poisonous toad not native to FL but they thrive in the SE part of the state.
