The only ones I know of are The Quilting Squares in Franklin (30 min from Nashville) and The Quilters Attic in Goodlettsville (a suburb of Nashville). The one I use is Quilt Connection in Murfreesboro, about 45 min from Nashville. The one in Franklin is pretty nice, I love the one in Murfreesboro but I haven't been to the one in Goodlettsville, so can't tell you how nice that one is.
