poly/cotton works ok. However, the % of poly may make the fabric thinner than your cotton. The 80% poly 20% cotton will react differently than all cotton so you have to be careful in pressing as the poly/cotton blend will shrink. I have found if both feel the same and is the same thickness it works ok with care.
