As much as I would love to save my machine, I have to agree with a few others. I would grab family pictures, passports and a few special things! I keep thinking baby books for my two girls! You could never replace those things! Oh and wedding pictures! Someone once asked me if you had to leave with what you could carry and one suitcase. It is hard to think what you can fit in one suitcase!!!!! Mine would have no clothes except maybe a couple pairs of clean underwear!!!!! I would want what can't be replaced. Scary to think wht you life could come down to!
