I purchase Jello lemon cook & serve pudding and pie filling. I use splenda for the sugar in either pie or pudding. When makeing sauce, I don't add the eggs. Comes out perfect every time. If you want it tangy, add a teaspoon of lemon extract.

I have never seen Jello cook & serve pudding and pie filling without the sugar already added and the sugar-free products have Splenda already added, too, but is not available in my stores in the lemon flavor. Where do you get it?
