Great pie crust for chocolate or coconut pie...super easy and hasn't failed me yet.
Coconut Pastry Crust
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup angel flake coconut
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup melted margarine
Melt or soften the margarine in the microwave (low power) in a 9" glass pie plate.
Measure and mix the other ingredients and add to the melted margarine. Lightly press mixture up the sides and into the bottom of the pie plate.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.
