Block # 71 Puss in the Corner
1. Light T # 5 Cut one 3-1/2" square.
2. Dark T # 9 Cut a piece 3-1/2" x 8-1/2" then cut every 2" to get four 2" x 3-1/2" pieces.
3. Med T # 7 Cut two 2-3/8" squares*...mark a line diagonally.
4. Dark T # 7 repeat step 3 to * Take a med & dark square--place them right sides facing--sew a scant 1/4" seam on both sides of the marked line then cut on the line.

Block # 72 Railroad
1. Dark T # 3 Cut two 2-7/8" squares.
2. Light T # 3 Cut two 2-7/8" squares--mark a line diagonally--take a light and dark T # 3 and place them right sides facing--sew a scant 1/4" seam on both sides of the marked line then cut on the line.
3. Dark T # 19 Cut two strips 1-1/2" x 8" then cut every 1-1/2' to get ten 1-1/2" squares.
4. Light T # 19 repeat step 3.
