I agree ~ I read that today, too ~ skimmed for pics and couldn't believe the thought and care that went into each one. I assume that whomever coordinates the RR's matches people with skill levels ~ I am nowhere near a master quilter, but do love to design!
I'm not sure that skill levels are matched and I don't feel that they need to be. Each person can do what they feel that they can do, not what others do before or after you. You don't need to do complicated designs each row. In fact, sometimes the eye just needs to rest on the row and not have a lot going on. JMHO
