A safe senders list is like your address book of approved email addresses that you've allowed to send you email.

We recently switched to a new email provider, and it will definitely help if you take the following steps and add the new email address to your list of contacts or address book in your email account.

1. Open your email account (example: AOL, Gmail, Yahoo! or Outlook).
2. Locate your “address book” or “contacts”.
3. Add [email protected] to your address book or list of contacts.
4. Save your changes.

If you have any questions, please let me know!

Also, as other people have kindly noted, please check your Spam or Junk box in your email accounts to see if the newsletter is in there. If the newsletter is in your spam, please "unspam" or "unjunk" it by moving it into your main inbox.

We are working on improving our newsletter delivery rate, and I'm so sorry that you've been missing it!

Best wishes,

I added that email addy to my safe list weeks ago. I normally rec.'d my newsletter every evening. but since the change I now rec. it in the mornings. Well today I rec.'d but for some reason I could not open it. I thought it might have something to do with that hacker business yesterday or the day before that got into so many emails from businesses. So I went back to the last two newsletters that I had not deleted and copied the url from them and that's how I got here tonight. I have no idea what the problem might be. I normally rec. one on a daily basis.
