This is the first label I made. I just used the lettering that came with my machine. I backed a piece of muslin with wash away iron on stabilizer, used a narrow zigzag stitch for the outline of the bear, and then hand sewn onto the back. I used me seam ripper along the edge of the zigzag and it work great for getting the bear out of the square.
Although, I have just finished a quilt that I am entering into the local quilt show here in Madison Heights and I have decided to do something different. Haven't completed it yet, so I can not show you the pictures.
