I have been heavily research more natural methods, because I don't want to take all the arthritis meds on the market ~ every day it seems like another drug maker is being sued for this med causing heart attacks, another causing cleft palette...
I have found the capsasin (don't know if I spelled that right) helps, and the herb "turmeric" helps too ~ also cinnamon ~ they are called "warming spices" and help me. I am sure they don't work for everyone, but I keep the turmeric on hand for as-needed, and incorporated cinnamon into the diet.
Believe it or not, pineapple has natural healing for arthritis (and menstrual cramps!) too... long time remedy.
