Thanks, Treefrog, for the perfect comments. Patience is a virtue and should be practiced with great regularity. The folks who operate these groups are usually not professionals, so if it takes a bit longer to correct a problem, so be it. They do an awful lot for absolutely free.
The opposite of patience is immediate gratification, which, unfortunately, is an all-to-familiar expectation in this computer age we live in.
If one must practice immediate gratification, then the only place I know it exists is in the grocery store, spoon in hand, in the ice cream section, looking for chocolate!
Practice patience and you will be rewarded.
