Did you ever hear of a crockpot? I love cooking a roast in it...smells just like my grandmother used to make! Absolutely ... the crock is my friend. Also one dish oven meals .... tonight will be oven baked pork chops with potatoes, assorted veggies and milk (kind of faux scalloped) covered in foil. Planned Overs for another day. Also, at same time am cooking some chicken pieces to have in food inventory!! :)
