Monday, my sister and I rode out to the Denison Dam to see the bluebonnets, our state flower. They are spectacular this year, more than ever before. They even could rival those down Brenham way. The area around Brenham is famous for the bluebonnets and other wildflowers. I just wanted to share some of the spring beauty with all of you.

See the beautiful blue sky with those puffy white clouds? My idea of a perfect Texas day.
