I made this for my niece's new baby. The pattern is called Slide Show by Atkinson Designs. Very easy pattern. I did FMQ loops and stars on it, which I quilted from the backside so I could go around his name rather than thru it. I was originally going to use the stripe for a border, but it was an uneven stripe and I didn't like how it looked mitered, so I skipped it and recut it into binding strips. For the back, I was a little short of fabric, so I added a section with his name and some narrow borders to separate it from the backing fabric. I'm pleased with how it came out. She loves it!
