This machine looks very much like my first Janome.
Yes, it is manual but ran & still does run good. I did alot of sewing on it and still take it to class. Mine has never needed to go in for repair but I have always tried to keep it cleaned and oiled.
I now also have a computerized Janome. I think they are hard working machines if treated right.
Most brand new manual sewing machines run not too much more than this one is priced.
I would probably save my money and and buy a new one that has a warranty on it.
