Wow! It's been a long time since I have had Brunswick Stew. I'm originally from NC and go back often. Next time I go, you know what I'll be havin'. We always make hushpuppies and slaw to go with it. Can't beat that for good southern food. Thanks for the easy recipe. I may even try it among my Yankee friends. They love my chicken 'n dumplins.
