RE: From what I can tell the video has no quilting, just surface design using various techniques. It's worth a dime for sure.
Surface Design is/are art quilt techniques done to the fabric before piecing or quilting. It is a great way to design up that old, outdated piece of fabric in your stash..or experiment with a new technique on a small scale.
