Wonder how many folks walk around the art because their brains can't figure out the 2D v 3D factor. (I would be one of the ones walking around it btw)
From what I have seen from live video of his work (I believe he was featured on Reading Rainbow on PBS), people walk around it just because they don't want to mess it up. But also, as you can see in one of these photos, the crowd gets pretty huge just standing around the edges to take pictures! It seems that people can't just walk by this without stopping to drop their jaws.
