i've been shopping with fabric.com for over 10 years! for all kinds of fabrics not just quilting fabric. i have always had wonderful customer service from them- and there was a time when i received fabric that was the wrong fabric- i called ready to send it back- they told me to just keep it and sent out the correct fabric that same day- and the incorrect fabric was an expensive piece of fabric.
