I have a Pfaff sewing machine and the even feed foot is on the machine and they use it as a marketing idea. My machine is over 15 yrs old and they are on their machines today. Love my machine. I did buy a "big Foot" for free motion quilting. Your Quilting store could tell you where they are available. There are other names for them I am certain.
