My gardening has increased in proportion to the global economic crisis :)

I have a quarter acre section. My vegetable garden is a modest size, and is fenced to keep the critters out. The critters I have to contend with are my boys - 2 large dogs :)

In addition to vegetables I grow; apples (3 varieties grafted onto 1 tree), peaches, plums, oranges, lemons, mandarins, tangerines, rhubarb, passionfruit, strawberries, blackberries, boysenberries, orangeberries and grapes. Oh and herbs :)

I enjoy picking and serving my own produce. I plan to continue growing fruit and vegetables for as long as I am able. The flavor and variety is just something you can't get at the supermarket.
