Also, at the end of this tute, I'll show you several ways to finish the mini for 4 different looks.
We'll be making 16 Crazy Patch blocks to be turned into 4 whole blocks. There are no instructions in this tute for the Crazy Patch portion so please refer to sites on the web for making a Crazy Patch block if you don't already know how. I paid no attention to color in the blocks other than the fact I made it a point to have tiny pieces of white in each block. That's all! You might want to do the same! All you'll need is some muslin and lots of small scraps! Of course, you'll need the typical quilting tools too!
I did iron along the way, but because the pieces are so tiny, they popped back up. Any cardboard will work for a template as you download my patter, but I like the thin cardboard that comes between the layers of drinks in a case of soda. You'll see the impressions they make on the cardboard in the pictures! Enjoy the tute! Let's get started!
