That kinda sounds like BBQ Cups, don't remeber where the recipe came from but was originally made with hamburger cooked with onion then bbq sauce. One bisquit into each muffin, then meat then cheese. Now I make it with pork, just cut up sorta small cooked with chopped onion, then add bbq sauce to it (sweet baby rays is alwys good) just to coat mixture. Because I didn't like cleaning the muffin tins, I just spread the bisquits into a 13x9 pan, put the meat/sauce on top and add cheddar chease cook abot 15-20 til muffins are done. Yummy!
