This is the first time I have quilted feathers and I am really enjoying them. I spent a lot of time practicing drawing them in every direction and it paid off in the quilting I think.
My friend made this bali pop and the design is so bright and dominent an all over quilting design is what was called for so I am freehanding all feathers and flowers. No marking. I am almost done so wanted to share pictures.
