We have several at an acreage close to our home. One evening a woman was visiting and we were sitting on the patio. The peacock's started screaming and the woman got so agitated she thought someone was calling for help. After we explained it to her she just enjoyed listening to them. They also have donkeys or mules, not sure which and we can hear them hee-hawing often.
