Prayers to all who are going for surgery. I had a hysterectomy about 10 years ago and I did well. So I hope our buddy who is having that will be as lucky as I was. I am amazed and comforted by all of you who jumped into this topic. We all share the practical, emotional and spiritual aspects of illness and surgery.
To my buddy who is a caregiver and will be needing care - my heart goes out to you. I will be thinking about you and praying. Wish I could do more. I hope you have a church, friends, family to lend a hand.
One week to go for me. I am doing well now in my preparations. Thanks for all the ideas. I cooked this past weekend, my travel bag is mostly packed. Now I have to cut out my projects. That's the fun part!
