I make a recipe simalar to this. Instead of steak sauce use your favorite barbeque sauce and when your crust is almost done sprinkle grated cheese on top and let it melt. My kids called this hamburger pie and they loved it. Brown your hamburger and add your onion and bbq sauce then put in your unbaked biscuit crust and bake. Add your grated cheese at the end and let it melt.
