Used to collect cook books too & kept going back to a couple favs.Was in Hastings,NB where they printed the church/club cook books & bought an arm load.You have way more than I did.

I probably try 3-4 new recipes each week as I have a collection of over 500 cookbooks (what was I thinking?!!). I think about 30-50% are "keepers". The last awful recipe was a pork stew using Hatch chiles. Lots of work and it all got thrown out!
