a pattern for a zippered overnight bag. I've Googled for a free pattern with every possible name you could call it...overnight bag, travel bag, satchel, suitcase. I've come close with some of them, but couldn't nail it. Most of them were too small. I'd like it to be somewhere in the neighborhood of 18" wide, 17" high, and 4-6" deep. I had a pattern several years ago for one, but figured I'd never need it, so I donated it to the local thrift store. Wouldn't ya know...
So I ordered a pattern online, but I don't think it's going to get here before I need it. For her birthday, I'm taking my mother for an overnight stay in Deadwood, SD...we're leaving on Good Friday, and I wanted to give it to her as a birthday present before we left.
