i learn something every day, here. i've been abusing an old card table given me years ago to the point where i'm going to have to refinish it to make it truly usable--but it turns out that it's a featherweight table. ignorance is bliss. i'm going to have to sand and /or wax the top, i fear--but the joy is that today i got a lead on a featherweight, so it may be worth the effort!
