my DH has been studying this right now.... we have paid medical from his job....
he says you are correct.. the only thing to add is that if you do take part D down the road.... there will be a penalty... (not sure amount)... but he is not taking for himself, but me... hopr that helps... ps.. we live in Massachusetts... (home of "free stuff"),,, especially for those that don't work...
