Oh I wish I had that button stash! I would love to make the jewelry for DGDs and I love to use them on my wallhangings.
I found a lot at one nearby antique store and didn't get any that day and was sorry. A pint size jar was marked up from 8 to $18. And I buy new ones all the time too.
