Hi - I'm not Medicare age...but, researched a lot for my Mom and Grandparents. I know that you will be penalized if you are eligible for Part D and have no other coverage...and you do not enroll. They will retro charges from when you first were able to enroll.
So confusing, esp with new Healthcare rules and everyone trying to get rid of the "new" stuff that just began!
