I've made your blocks in the past in different color Tulips using solid color fabrics.
But I can't find those blocks either.
I got the pattern from "Celebrate the Seasons with Quilts/from the editors of Traditional Quiltworks and Quilting Today magazines" and the pattern is called "Yard Sale Tulips".
