BamaMama and QuiltE,
You have the right idea, each square is either fussy cut or has enough of a motif to 'see' it. Each one should be different. Then, play the game. I Spy a ladybug. I spy an army jeep. I spy a fire engine, I spy the color yellow, etc., etc. The ones I have made have been 4" squares and I didn't do an Around the World pattern, just laid them out and sewed them together in rows. I also did one in pairs and you could play Match Game also. This one is very cool!
