The ones by me kept fabric - some did move to the precuts while others kept the bolts. I can't stand the precuts, because I like to unroll the bolt and feel and see the whole pattern. Also, I think the quality is quite horrible on all of the precuts and 90% of the bolts that the ones by me carry. I've got Joann's, Hobby Lobby, and Hancock's plus 3 LQS in my area, so I highly doubt that I'll ever buy fabric from Walmart. Even if they do get decent quality fabric, I can get the same quality with a coupon from Joann's, HL, or Hancocks. While I do some grocery shopping at WM, my philosophy on most of it's non-food products is "you get what you pay for".
