I couldn't find one on eHow, but here's a diagram. Cut a square of fabric, backing and batting. Quilt. Square up and bind. Then fold the square into a triangle, right sides together. Measure the folded edge and divide into thirds. Sew two seams, perpendicular to the fold, stopping about 2" from the top edge. Turn the 2 side triangles to the right side of the fabric (turn them inside out). Here is a really bad drawing.
